Tasting Notes:	Succulently fruity aromatics and flavors of fresh strawberries and black cherries are firmly touched by the Rockpile minerality. Subtle hints of anisette make this wine not only vibrant and refreshing but the perfect accompaniment to warm summer days.
Comments:	JC Cellars rosés incorporate the traditional "saignée" technique, in which 20% of the juice is bled off after being in contact with the must for a 12 hour period to achieve a bright pink color. The pink juice is then fermented separately at cool temperatures in neutral French oak barrels, which adds a richer texture and mouth-feel, while retaining vibrancy.
